Nadia Rahim

Head of Enterprise Consulting Services, Swisscom, and CEO, itnetX

Nadia Rahim worked for over 20 years in various market-related positions at IBM, Zühlke Engineering and Microsoft Switzerland and has been at Swisscom for eight years. She leads teams in the areas of Work Smart, Change Management and IT Consulting. Since March 2021, she has also been CEO of itnetX, a subsidiary of Swisscom. Nadia studied political science and economics at the Universities of Lausanne and Basel and is a lecturer for "New Work" at the HSLU.

National HR Manager for ABB Nicole Kamm Steiner speaks about how experiences and processes observed during the pandemic have led to permanent positive changes in organizational culture, and highlighted necessary qualities of modern leadership.

The discussion covers how leadership is being developed, with an emphasis on reducing unnecessary hierarchies, fostering participation, and creating workplaces with a focus on trust, respect support. Digitalization from both a top-down and bottom-up perspective is addressed. Lastly, an appreciation for the humanity experienced during the pandemic and a desire for its continuation is expressed by all the participants.
